2018 menjadi tahun yang menyimpan banyak kenangan dan tragedi mengerikan yang tak pernah terjadi pada tahun-tahun lalu. Banyak korban jiwa yang berjatuhan pada tahun 2018 ini akibat bencana alam yang melanda indonesia. salah satunya terjadi di Selat Sunda yang menelan banyak korban jiwa setelah gempa dan tsunami yang menimpa Sulawesi Tengah dan NTB.

Isunya lagi guncangan gempa tersebut akan terjadi pada tanggal 31 December pada akhir tahun mendatang. Kabar berita tersebut langsung membuat panik para warga sehingga banyak yang mulai melakukan pengungsian saat ini. Namun himbawan ini tidak perlu di cemaskan kali karena informasi tersebut masih dalam prediksi BMKG setelah mempelajari bencana yang melanda selatan wilayah jawa.

Namun masyarakat diminta untuk mempersiapkan mitigasi bencana untuk upaya mengurangi terjadinya bencana, seperti misalnya mulai membangun bangunan yang tahan terhadap gempa, atau melakukan pengungsian di tempat yang di perkirakan aman.

    او مشاهده کرد که برخورد شدید ذرات ماسه، سطح شیشه را کدر
    می‌کند. تیلگامان با الهام از این پدیده، اولین دستگاه سندبلاستر را اختراع کرد.

    در این روش، مواد ساینده (فلزی یا
    غیر فلزی) با سرعت بسیار زیاد (ناشی از فشار هوا یا نیروی
    گریز از مرکز) به سطح برخورد می‌کنند.

    لایه برداری فلزات با سندبلاست
    در روش سندبلاست با آب از یک دستگاه واترجت صنعتی برای تامین آب پر فشار
    استفاده می شود. این روش با کاربرد های گسترده در صنایع گوناگون به منظور زنگ زدایی،
    رنگ بری، حذف لایه های نامطلوب
    و آماده سازی سطوح داخلی و خارجی و تمیزکاری مورد استفاده
    قرار می گیرد. در روش سندبلاست با آب، یک دستگاه واترجت صنعتی
    با فشار کاری حداقل 250 بار و کیت ویژه سندبلاست شامل شلنگ مکش ذرات ساینده به همراه نازل مخصوص آن مورد نیاز است.

    البته استفاده از واترجت های با فشار کاری کم تر از 250 بار نیز
    برای انجام واتر سند بلاست امکان پذیر
    است اما در سرعت عملیات تاثیر می
    گذارد و برای محیط های سنگین
    صنعتی کاربردی نیست. نازل سندبلاست دارای
    دو ورودی برای اتصال به لنس واترجت و شلنگ مکش مواد ساینده می باشد.

    توجه نشود، احتمال آسیب رسیدن به سطوح
    وجود دارد. باید درنظر بگیریم
    که قرار است بر روی چه سطحی و تا چه حد لایه‌برداری صورت گیرد.
    در مواردی که نیاز به لایه‌برداری عمیق باشد،
    بهتر است که از ساینده های سخت تر با
    فشار بالاتر استفاده شود.

    از این قابلیت برای رفع آلودگی و
    عیوب انواع مقاطع آهنی نظیر میلگرد و ورق و همچنین قطعاتی نظیر بولت و مهره استفاده می‌شود.
    ۵ – با زیاد شدن جرم ساینده از مش‌های
    بالاتر ویا (ریزتر) می‌توان جهت فرایند سندینگ قطعات بشکل کاملا موثری بهره
    گرفت و سطح سندینگ را صیقلی‌تر و سطح پوشانندگی بالاتر را
    موجب شد. کمپرسورهای وارداتی پیستونی از ظرفیت 500 لیتر بر دقیقه
    تا 3000 لیتر بر دقیقه مخصوص عملیات
    شن پاشی (مخصوص نازل های سری 3mm
    و 4 mm). اگرچه کمپرسور برای این کار ضروری
    است، اما مجبور نیستید در یکی از شرکت های خود سرمایه گذاری کنید.

    ساچمه های فولادی، گرانول سیلیکون از این دسته ساچمه ها
    می باشند. ساب پاشی یا سندبلاست روشی است که در صنایع مختلف
    با اهداف مختلف به جهت تمیز کاری و آماده
    کردن سطوح مختلف مانند چوب، فلز، شیشه و… مورد
    استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. رنج فشار هوایی
    که برای عملیات ساب پاشی مورد استفاده قرار
    می گیرد 7 بار می باشد که به وسیله شیلنگ به دیگ سند
    بلاست منتقل می گردد.
